Directions for Use
Pre-Construction Treatment
Treatment of Masonry Foundations
- Bottom surface and sides of foundation pits upto a height of 30 cm should be treated @ 5 litres of chemical emulsion per sq. mtr. of surface area.
- Backfill earth in immediate contact with the foundation structure should be treated @ 7.5 litres per sq. mtr of the vertical surface of the substructure for each side.
- Treatment of Upper Floors:
0.5%
Treatment of RCC Foundations
- Start treatment at a depth of 50 cm below ground level using 7.5 L of emulsion per sq. m.
Treatment for Backfill
- Apply chemical emulsion uniformly at 5 L per sq. m to the backfill and soil adjacent to the foundation after compaction.
Post-Construction Treatment
Soil Treatment Around External Perimeter
- Rod or trench soil at 30 cm depth around external walls of the building, and apply chemical solution at 7.5 L per sq. m of vertical surface.
Treatment of the Junction of Walls and Floors
- Drill holes 30 cm apart at the wall-floor junction and inject a chemical solution at 0.5 L per hole.
Treatment of Expansion Joints and Wooden Structures
- Inject solution into the joints, voids, and wooden portions susceptible to termite attack.
Treatment of Upper Floors
- Drill and inject emulsion at 0.5% concentration through junction points, door frames, and vulnerable areas.
