Founded in Lucknow with a deep-rooted vision to revolutionise Indian farming, Mohogney began as a small initiative to bridge the gap between cutting-edge agricultural science and grassroot-level farming practices. Amit Ghidia, a Mechanical Engineer and MBA in Marketing & Finance from Symbiosis, Pune, believes that innovation must meet purpose. With Mohogney, he set out to blend technical precision with farmer-first thinking. Under his leadership, the company has experienced rapid growth driven not by scale alone, but by a firm commitment to core values. He continues to explore ways to align Mohogney’s strengths to create new epicenters of impact, viewing agriculture not just as a business, but as a responsibility.
